CAD Drafter / Designer
Key Responsibilities
- Create structural, architectural, electrical and mechanical drawings for new and retrofit projects.
- Develop engineering specifications
- Ensure timeliness of project milestones
- Create preliminary and detail design tasks
- Coordinate with various projects with Account Managers, Project Managers and other internal resources
- College certificate in electrical/mechanical
- Three to five years CAD designing experience
- Must have knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures within related field
- Strong computer, mathematical skills and keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
- Works under immediate supervision exercising some independent judgment
- Willing to work overtime
