Monitoring is quickly becoming the cornerstone in determining an efficient facility. We have several solutions to provide a Web-based window in to the mission critical infrastructure to evaluate temperature, humidity, security, PUE, Data Centre Infrastructure Efficiency (DCiE) and many other aspects of the facility. In addition, through Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), we are able to model the thermodynamic behaviours of the facility to allow us to design an efficient air distribution system. Strategic placement of perforated panels, height of the raised floor, placement of CRAC units, return air grilles, hot aisle containment systems, or the effects of a failed CRAC unit can all be simulated using CFD.
